Application Fee
A fee of INR 5000 per child is payable upon receipt of a complete application and all supporting documents. This is a non refundable amount. Once your application form is complete and your supporting documentation uploaded, you will be invoiced for this amount.

Admission Fee
Once the school offers admission to a family, you will be invoiced for the Admissions fee of INR 2,00,000 per child for a maximum of 2 children. For children entering the Lower Primary Program (3-5 yr olds), the payable amount is INR 25,000 with the balance payable on entry to Upper Primary. The Admission Fee serves to secure your child’s place in the school after being granted admission.

 

Annual Tuition Fee

  • The annual tuition and fees are reviewed annually by the Board of Trustees and the PTA. The tuition amounts vary according to category, and age of the child. The approved tuition fee structure is different for Indian and expatriate students. The fee charged will depend on the nationality of the parents as recorded in their valid passports. The Indian fee structure will be applicable to a student if at least one of the two parents’ is an Indian passport holder. For this purpose, the parents’ passport will be the deciding document.

  • There is a 10% sibling discount for the first sibling (family with 2 children) and an additional 20% for the second sibling (family with 3 children).

  • All fees are collected in Indian Rupees and are payable to our bank accounts.

  • In general, the annual tuition fee covers the majority of school expenses including the IB Program fees, exam fees, educational field trips, learning resources, text books, and extra-curricular activities.

  • Participation in competitive sport teams, Model United Nations, international excursions and some specialized extracurricular activities offered by outside providers come at an additional cost.

  • The School retains the right to change the fee structure.


Transport Fees 2020-21 School Year

Those residing within a 15km radius of the school – INR 40,000 per annum
Those residing beyond 15km of the school – INR 60,000 per annum

 

Payment terms
Enrollment is subject to payment of all applicable fees by the dates specified. For students enrolled after official payment dates, all fees are due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Regardless of any arrangements between parent and employer concerning payment of school fees, the parent is always responsible for the child’s school fees. All fees are due and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) only, on the dates specified.

Payment may be made by a cheque, wire transfer or credit card. Information for making payments is available on your invoice.

 

Late payments
Late payment charges will be assessed for each student if payment has not been received within 30 days of the due date. The current late payment charge is calculated at 2% per month of the payment due and will be calculated monthly.
